Customer Support - Rules
Where possible please provide your Evatech customer registered email address, order number / invoice number, phone number, and detailed fault/issue description to get the most accurate and helpful support from our staff.

Any recent changes/additions to the system settings, such as but not limited to: operating system/driver updates, installation of new software/hardware, overclock settings, system restore/operating system re-installation attempts, etc. should also be outlined to us.

If applicable, feel free to attach screenshots or photos to help us understand your issue.
